(New Ulm, MN) -- A New Ulm doctor accused of stealing pain medication from a vulnerable adult has agreed to a plea deal to avoid trial next week. Fifty-nine-year-old Dr.David Miller was caught by a hidden camera taking pain pills from a patient’s bottle and replacing them with over-the-counter meds.
