(Fergus Falls, MN)  --  A Fergus Falls man will spend more time in jail for a criminal sexual conduct conviction.  45-year-old Shannon Pederson was originally charged in seven cases. In a plea agreement, he was convicted on a charge of criminal sexual conduct involving a female victim under the age of 13 and another one involving a victim between the ages of 13 and 15. The rest of the charges were dropped.  His sentence is 180 days in jail, 62 of which he has already served.   A prison sentence of 3 years was suspended for 25 years of probation.  Pederson was ordered not to have contact with persons under the age of 18 except his own child.
