Some Turbotax Users Okay, Other Will Have To Re-File
(St. Paul, MN) -- Minnesota officials say most tax returns prepared with Turbotax and filed electronically can be corrected by the state revenue department -- but taxpayers who filed on paper will most likely have to submit an amended return. Intuit says it's corrected software problems, but state officials recommend for now that Minnesota taxpayers use other products. State assistant revenue commissioner Terri Steenblock says they need to make sure all software fixes are working. Intuit is promising full refunds of tax-preparation fees to affected Minnesota customers.
