(Faribault, MN)  --  The ex-Shattuck-St.Mary's drama teacher accused of sexual misconduct with at least six former students is back in Minnesota.  Seventy-one-year-old Lynn Seibel (SY'-bull) was moved from a Los Angeles jail to Faribault for arraigment today (Tues).  Seibel faces 17 charges including criminal sexual conduct and soliciting a child to engage in sexual conduct.  He remains in the Rice County jail on 100-thousand dollars bond
