(Eagan, MN) -- A 24-year-old Eagan woman is dead following a two-vehicle crash this (Fri) morning on snowy Highway 13 south of Interstate 494. The victim has been identified as Taya Clifford. The other driver was 53-year-old Michael Klasen of St. Paul. He received minor injuries. The fatal crash remains under investigation. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, there were 124 crashes reported throughout the state this morning.
