(St. Paul, MN) -- D-F-L Congressman Rick Nolan says immigration reform has been on the legislative table for more than a decade, and it's time for both sides to work together to get it done because it's important for so many Minnesotans. Nolan says immigration reform legislation should include the Republican-led effort toward better enforcement, in combination with the Democrats' proposed path toward citizenship.
