(Los Angeles, CA) -- A big night of Grammy success for some Minnesota musicians. Concordia College choir director Rene Clausen won two Grammy Award's last(Sun) night. His C-D "Life and Breath: Choral Works by Rene Clausen" won for best engineered classic album and best choral performance. The Minneapolis-based Okee Dokee brothers won a Grammy for best children's album of the year for their record "Can You Canoe." The locked-out Minnesota Orchestra was nominated for best orchestral performance for its recording of the Sibelius 1st and 4th Symphomies but came up empty-handed.
