Salvation Army Raises $45K For HeatShare

(Roseville, MN)  --  The Salvation Army's weekend fundraiser to help needy families heat their homes this winter has been deemed a success.  Red kettles were brought back out, after CenterPoint Energy offered to triple match donations up to 30-thousand dollars.  P-R director Annette Bauer says donors met the challenge and 45 thousand dollars -- which includes the match -- was raised, which will help more than 300 families.  The Salvation Army is a last resort for families that need help with their heating bills, and the money will help low-income seniors and families in crisis
