(Minneapolis, MN) -- The No. 1 Minnesota men's hockey team opened the weekend with a 5-1 win over No. 6 North Dakota Friday at Marriucci Arena. The Gophers rallied after an early one-goal deficit with five unanswered goals. Minnesota currently sits at 7-1-1 on the season against nationally ranked teams. The Gophers are back in action against North Dakota tonight at 5:00 p.m.
