(Lino Lakes, MN)  --  The man who holds the state record for D-W-I convictions is back behind bars for two more years following a parole violation.  Sixty-year-old Danny Bettcher of New York Mills was caught drinking at a bar in December just 40 days after his release from a three-year prison term.  Bettcher has 27 D-W-I convictions and is not allowed to consume alcohol or be in an establishment that serves liquor.  His projected release date from the Lino Lakes prison is November of 2014.
