(Hudson, WI) -- A judge has accepted an insanity plea from a Wisconsin father accused of murdering his three young daughters in River Falls, and Aaron Schaffhausen's trial is set for April. The judge denied a request by the defense to move the trial out of Saint Croix County, and said he'd decide later on a defense motion to ban cameras in the courtroom. Prosecutor Gary Freyberg with the Wisconsin attorney general's office says the insanity plea adds more witnesses and more challenges for everyone during the upcoming trial.
