(North Branch, MN)  --  An officer's use of deadly force in North Branch last summer was justified.  That's the finding of the Chisago County Attorney's office following an investigation into the July eighth incident.  Police were responding to a report that the suspect, Robert Aho, was armed and had threatened his wife with a shotgun.  Once on the scene, Chisago County Sheriff's Deputy Steven Husmann shot Aho twice after Aho ignored officers' repeated instructions to drop his weapon.  Aho later died as a result of his wounds.
