(Buffalo, MN)  --  The man arrested and released in the killing of Cold Spring police officer Tom Decker is now charged with felony stalking.  The criminal complaint filed today in Wright County accuses Ryan Larson of violating a restraining order, making threatening posts about his ex-girlfriend's company online, and contacting two of her former employers.  Officials say the ex-girlfriend called Wright County authorities the same night Decker was shot and killed to report that Larson had sent threatening text messages to his mother.
