Dayton State Of State Speech Set For February 6th



(St. Paul, MN)  --  Governor Dayton has scheduled his State of the State address for Wednesday, February 6th at 7 p-m.  Dayton is asking legislative leaders to schedule a joint session of the Minnesota House and Senate for that evening so he can deliver the address from the House chamber in the State Capitol.  State of the State addresses are usually given annually.  Governors typically use them to lay out their budget priorities and vision for the state's future.
