(Biwabik Township, MN) -- The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a woman was stopped in her vehicle by an unmarked car using dash-mounted police emergency lights. The incident occurred near Biwabik Township on Saturday evening. The small car was occupied by two men. The person who reported the incident became suspicious of the males and drove away without being pursued further.
