(Mankato, MN) -- Minnesota State University Mankato football coach Todd Hoffner, who was cleared of child pornography charges last month, is suing to keep the police investigation report sealed. A Twin Cities television station asked to see the report, but Hoffner wants a temporary restraining order. A Blue Earth County judge ruled last week the reports will remain private until they can be reviewed. Hoffner has been taken off administrative leave at Minnesota State Mankato but hasn't been reinstated as head football coach.
