Twins Sign Harden to Minor League Deal



(Minneapolis, MN) -- The Twins have signed pitcher Rich Harden to a minor league contract with an invite to spring training. The 31-year-old had surgery on his right rotator cuff on January 31st and missed the entire 2012 season. Harden made 15 starts for the Oakland A's in 2011, going 4-and-4 with a 5.12 ERA. For his career, the right-hander is 59-and-38 with a 3.76 ERA in nine seasons
