Pirates Agree to Two-Year Deal with Liriano
(Minneapolis, MN) -- The Pittsburgh Pirates have agreed to terms with former Twins pitcher Francisco Liriano. The "Minneapolis Star-Tribune" reports it's a two-year deal worth 14-million-dollars, pending a physical. Liriano split last season between the Twins and Chicago White Sox, going a combined 6-and-12 with a 5.34 ERA. The left-hander is 53-and-54 with a 4.40 ERA for his career.
