It is a new day in central Minnesota where a police
officer has been buried but still no one has been charged in his murder. On
Wednesday, mourners are gathered at St. Nicholas Catholic Cemetery for the
burial of Cold Spring Police Officer Tom Decker. Hundreds lined the
procession route to pay their respects to the 31-year-old Decker, who was
shot and killed nearly a week ago while responding to a welfare check.
Authorities had to release a suspect on Tuesday because of insufficient
