(Excelsior, MN) -- Authorities have identified the driver killed in a collision with a squad car last (Tues) night in Minnetonka. The State Patrol says the police vehicle had its lights and sirens activated when it struck the car driven by 52-year-old Sean Kian of Minnetonka. He died at the scene. Officer Daniel Aschenbrener suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the crash. The accident report shows Kian was not wearing a seat belt.
