Wild staff facing pay cuts

(St.Paul, MN) -- 11-28-12-- Around 200 full-time employees of the Minnesota Wild will
have their hours and wages cut if the N-H-L lockout continues. The team
confirmed that the staff could be put on a four-day, 32-hour work week if
there's no collective bargaining agreement by December 9th. The Wild's owner
plans to delay most of the salary cuts until after Christmas. The first
paycheck with a 20-percent reduction will come December 28th. The N-H-L has
cancelled all games through December 15th which will mean 15 lost home games
for Minnesota. The N-H-L and Players' Association are scheduled to meet with
federal mediators today in an effort to end the 74-day lockout. (MNN)
