-- Federal prosecutors will get to see most of the confidential materials they've been seeking from the defense in the Alfonso Rodriguez case. Defense attorneys have agreed to turn over all but five of 51 files being sought. The U-S Attorney's office says the materials will help them respond to claims that defense attorneys failed to introduce evidence about Rodriguez's mental capacity and life history. Rodriguez is on death row for the kidnapping and murder of Dru Sjodin.
