--  Authorities are investigating a two-car crash Tuesday in Forest Lake, where a man and woman died while pulling out of a retail parking lot.  The driver of the other vehicle was not hurt.  And there was more tragedy on the roadways Tuesday.  A family member says Jack and Mardee Reich were bringing 10-year-old son Vander back home to their ranch in North Dakota Tuesday, following treatment for brain cancer, when their Chevy Suburban collided head-on with a pickup truck on Highway 14 near Dodge Center.  Jack and Vander Reich were killed, as well as the pickup driver, Scott Hodgman, of West Concord.  Mardee Reich is recovering from injuries.
