(St. Paul, MN) -- Minnesotans cast a record number of ballots in Tuesday's election and continue to lead the nation in voter turnout. With 99-percent of the precincts reporting, Minnesotans cast over 2.94 million ballots in the presidential race. Secretary of State Mark Ritchie says the record number of voters is about 76-percent of Minnesota's estimated eligible voters.
