(Alexandria, MN)  --  Talk about a close vote.  Incumbent Republican congresswoman Mary Franson of Alexandria won by one vote over DFL challenger Bob Cunniff.  More than 21-thousand ballots were cast in the election for Minnesota House District 8B, which includes parts of Douglas and Otter Tail Counties.
