Daylights Savings Time is here and Minnesota is heading into
winter with far less soil moisture than it needs. Economist Ernie Goss
 says Minnesota's situation isn't as bad as some other Midwestern
states but Minnesota is being impacted by drought conditions in the rest of
the region. Goss says commodity prices generally stay high during periods of
drought but crop supplies suffer.(MNN)
