(St. Cloud, MN)  --  Former President Bill Clinton is scheduled to make another Minnesota campaign stop, likely in Saint Cloud on Sunday evening.  It's Clinton's second appearance in a week on behalf of President Obama and will be the same day that Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan is in the Twin Cities.  A spokeswoman at 6th District Democratic congressional candidate Jim Graves' campaign headquarters says she believes Clinton's appearance will be at Saint Cloud State University.  Clinton was at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis and Duluth on Tuesday
