(Various) -- Vice President Joe Biden is campaigning just across Minnesota's eastern border in Beloit, Wisconsin and in Superior. At a middle school in Beloit, he called Republican candidate Mitt Romney's stance on foreign policy in the third debate quite confusing. Biden says he wasn't sure whether Romney was about to endorse President Obama or debate him. Biden's Republican rival Paul Ryan will be in Minnesota on Sunday.
