(St. Cloud, MN) -- Bail was set at three-million dollars today for the Walker man accused in the shooting death of Jeffery Schutz (shoots) of Rockville. Twenty-eight-year-old Marcus Barshaw is charged with second-degree murder for the shooting incident in the early morning hours of October 21st. Prosecutors say Barshaw shot 30-year-old Schutz six times. Barshaw was then shot three times by a Stearns County deputy after he allegedly refused to drop his guns and surrender. The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges may be filed. Barshaw's next court appearance is November 15th.
