(Rockville, MN) -- A suspect has been charged with murder in Stearns County but remains at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis after being shot by a deputy during the manhunt. Twenty-eight-year-old Marcus Barshaw of Walker is accused of shooting Jeffery Schutz of Rockville six times early Sunday morning. Authorities say two people saw the men arguing in Schutz's backyard, Barshaw shot Schutz multiple times and fled. He was later found hiding in a nearby apartment building and was shot by a deputy when he came out holding what was believed to be a semi-automatic assault rifle and a pistol.
