(St. Paul, MN) --  Minnesota's unemployment rate dropped one-tenth of a percent in September to five-point-eight percent.  Officials say employers added nearly six thousand jobs last month.  Education and health services led all sectors, adding 56-hundred new jobs.  The biggest loss was in the government sector -- down 36-hundred.  Minnesota's unemployment rate is well below the national rate of seven-point-eight percent.
