--  A Minnesota woman is apparently the first to file a lawsuit in connection with the meningitis outbreak linked to contaminated steroids.  The woman doesn't claim to have been diagnosed with the rare illness but her suit alleges that she suffered headaches and nausea after receiving injections.  Thus far, the disease has been confirmed in three Minnesotans.  Two have now been released from the hospital and the third is expected to go home soon.  Nationally, the outbreak has sickened about 170 people and is linked to the deaths of 14 others.
