(Roseau, MN) -- A man and woman from Badger in northwestern Minnesota are charged with second-degree murder in the death of a neighbor. 34-year-old Jeremy Lemen and 24-year-old Desiree Shinholser had a court appearance today in Roseau. Authorities say 31-year-old John Currier was found dead in a ceiling space of his apartment Saturday morning by his girlfriend. A neighbor says Currier and the suspects had been arguing over stolen property.
