(Karlstad, MN)  --  Winter boots might be in order for the governor as he visits northwestern Minnesota this morning (9am).  Mark Dayton is scheduled to tour wildfire-ravaged Karlstad to discuss recovery efforts.  However, since this week's fires, the ground has been blanketed by six-inches of snow.  The governor is also set to take part in a groundbreaking ceremony for a highway intersection improvement project in Thief River Falls.
