(Minneapolis, MN)  --  Authorities have identified the boy fatally struck by a car Sunday night in south Minneapolis.  The Hennepin County Medical Examiner says four-year-old Jose Parra Hernandez died of his injuries in the hospital.  Minneapolis police say the boy was running across the street to a park where his mother was playing soccer when he was run over.  The driver has been cooperating in the investigation.
