(St. Cloud, MN) -- A juvenile court hearing for the Sauk Rapids teen accused of throwing a fatal punch last month in St. Cloud will be continued next week. Seventeen-year-old Jesse Smithers is charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter and assault in the death of 20-year-old Colton Gleason of Greenfield. Stearns County prosecutors wanted to file a motion to certify Smithers as an adult in court Tuesday, but the judge granted the defense additional time to review the case file. The hearing is now scheduled for next Tuesday (10/9 10am).
