(Isanti, MN) -- One man is recovering and another faces charges following what authorities are calling a road rage incident in Isanti. Officers received a call Saturday afternoon of a fight in the east parking lot of the Police Department. As they were walking out of the station, officers heard a gunshot. Once outside they found the victim who had been shot in the face. The victim was conscious and flown to HCMC. The suspect was taken into custody and is awaiting formal charges.
