(St. Paul, MN)  --  A former St. Paul parish priest has been charged in Ramsey County with sexually abusing two brothers.  Forty-seven-year-old Curtis Wehmeyer is accused of molesting one boy and exposing himself to the other while he was a pastor at the Church of Blessed Sacrament.  According to the criminal complaint, the alleged abuse occurred in the summer of 2010 and involved a 12-year-old and a 14-year-old.  Wehmeyer was arrested in June after one of the boys told his mother what had happened.  Wehmeyer's first court appearance is set for October 10th.
