(Chanhassen, MN)  --  The National Weather Service has issued a high wind advisory across most of western Minnesota into this evening (11am-7pm).  Gusts up to 40-miles-an-hour out of the Dakotas could make for hazardous driving conditions.  Meanwhile, most all of both North Dakota and South Dakota, right up to Minnesota's western border, are under red flag warnings for high fire danger starting this afternoon.
