(Undated) --  Four cities in Minnesota are the first to offer electronic pull-tabs to customers, after unveilings today at bars and restaurants in Coon Rapids, Spring Lake Park, Saint Cloud and Saint Paul.  The new e-tabs will be played on Apple iPads and other touch-screen devices.  Money raised will be used to help build a Minnesota Vikings stadium and benefit local charities.
