(Winthrop, MN) -- A 13-year-old Winthrop boy has died after he was struck by a semi while riding his bike. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Jacob Weber and several other children were crossing Highway 15 on their bikes Saturday when the collision occurred. Weber was flown to H-C-M-C, where he died Sunday. The 23-year-old semi driver was unharmed.
