(Minneapolis, MN) -- The University of Minnesota football team is hoping to begin the season with a 3-and-0 record for the first time since 2008. The 2-and-0 Golden Gophers host the 1-and-1 Western Michigan Broncos this morning at TCF Bank Stadium. Gopher quarterback MarQueis [[ mar-QWEES ]] Gray says facing the "3-4" defensive alignment of Western Michigan will present a unique challenge because Minnesota has not faced that setup this season.
