(Minneapolis, MN) -- Drought conditions continue to worsen across Minnesota. The "St. Paul Pioneer Press" reports that 84-percent of the state is now either in a drought or experiencing dry conditions. St. Paul officials earlier this week asked residents to water their trees and the Twin Cities have endured the area's third warmest summer on record.
