--  Advocates are encouraging Minnesotans to ask their congressional representatives to support wind power on this national "Wind Day of Action."  Environment Minnesota's Michelle Hesterberg says time is running out for Congress to extend the wind production tax credit.  Hesterberg says there is bi-partisan support for extending the tax credits among Midwestern lawmakers, but Republican House leaders want to let them expire.  Minnesota is one of six states that meets ten percent of its electricity needs with wind power.
