9-4-12 (Stillwater, MN)  --  A 25-year-old man from Stillwater faces 27 felony counts, including attempted murder and criminal sexual conduct after allegedly holding 11 young people hostage at a motel in Woodbury on Friday.  One of the hostages was mistakenly killed by police as he tried to escape his captor.  Prosecutors say Demetrius Ballinger admitted to holding the victims against their will, sexually assaulting four females, and shooting at 19-year-old Mark Henderson Junior of Saint Paul, the man who was mistakenly shot by responding officers.
