8-10-12 (St.Paul, MN)  --  Tax collections came in about one percent under forecast for the month of July in Minnesota.  The state took in 921-million dollars last month which is 10-point-seven-million dollars less than expected.  Sales and individual income taxes both fell short of projections while corporate income tax exceeded expectations.   The next state budget forecast is due in late November or early December.
