8-7-12 (Redwood Falls, MN)  --  Republican congressional hopeful Mike Parry is sticking by his comments that he saw Governor Dayton popping pills during a breakfast meeting.  Parry's said at a fundraising speech last night (Mon) in Brown County that watching Dayton do it was "scary" and warned of problems if Dayton gains a DFL majority in the legislature in the next election.  Dayton fired back Parry is six days from a primary "that he's probably gonna lose, and so he's desperate."  Dayton, who says he takes depression medication, said he doesn't expect an apology from Parry on the pill comment -- but *does* want one for Parry's allegation that Dayton would cut services to veterans.  Parry declined to apologize.
