8-6-12 (Mankato, MN)  --  Minnesota farm leaders are calling on Congress to pass the Farm Bill.  Leaders of the Farm Bureau, Farmers Union and Soybean Association gathered in Mankato today (Mon) with Congressman Tim Walz.  The 1st District Democrat says by not acting on the bill, Congress is holding up farmers on important decisions they have to make.  The farm bill passed the U-S Senate but has been stuck in the House for weeks with no vote scheduled.
