7-27-12 (Duluth Township, MN)  --  A toddler from northeastern Minnesota is the state's latest drowning victim.  The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office reports the one-and-a-half-year-old boy was found last (Thurs) night in an inflatable pool in Duluth Township.  Family members and first responders did C-P-R and tried to save the child but he died in a Duluth hospital.  Investigators say several people were gathered at the home and it appears the boy climbed a ladder and entered the pool unnoticed.  His name has not been released.
