7-16-12 (Eagan, MN)  --  Eagan police are investigating the death of a 10-week-old boy who had been sleeping in the same bed as his intoxicated grandmother.  The 46-year-old grandmother admitted to investigators that she had been drinking on July seventh, and a preliminary breath test showed she had a blood-alcohol level of point-1-8-percent.  The grandmother says she awoke to find the baby bleeding from his nose.  The boy died a short time later at Children's Hospital in St. Paul.  Charges against the grandmother are possible, once the investigation is complete.
